Personal presentation goes hand in hand with service and by uplifting our current image we can overlay and enforce key messages to our customers.
First impressions play a part in creating a wonderful experience, it’s the small details customers remember us by. Uniting as a whole company we can set the standard
that our customers can expect to see when they visit our stores. Beautiful presentation and wonderful service. Easily identifiable as a company and as a brand.

As a result we are moving towards the block black attire. So that our customers can identify us easily.

Selling Team Memebers including Fashion Consultants, Youth Team, Visual Merchandise and People Leaders:

Items considered fashionable blackbusiness attire include;
• Business suits; • Skirts and dresses; • Trousers or tailored pants; • Tailored or business appropriate jacket or cardigan; • Business shirts • Blouses or shirts; • Sheer tops must have a top underneath • Business shoes –this means fully enclosed shoe or a flat enclosed shoe in black; • Coordinated hosiery/socks;

For Support Team members including Online Fulfillment team:

Items considered appropriate:
• Supportive footwear – Black
• High Visibility Vest
• Black Pants
• Black T-shirt/ Polo/ Jumper/ Jacket

Name Badge and Lanyard:
All Seling and Support Team members must ensure that we wear our name badge all the times at chest height on the left, is horizontal and visible . We love our name and proudly wear at our heart.
