Over the last few weeks Latitude has re-carded all Myer Black, Myer Gold and Myer visa standard card holders. All Myer Black cards have been closed. Customer having a Myer gold or a Myer visa card will have their cards cancelled once they activate the new Latitude Infinity card.
As we make this transition to the new card we will need to make note of how these cards will need to be processed.
Going forward all Myer Black, Myer Gold and Myer Visa Standard card will need to be processed as standard process at POS ie using Option F4 " Myer card/Myer Visa. If the card is rejected, the account may be closed. Customers will need to call latitude on 1300783520.
All Latitude Infinity Visa cards to be processed using F4 "Myer Card/ Myer Visa option at POS.
All Myer Visa cards to be processed using F3 “EFTPOS” at POS.
