ONLINE returns new process

Team, starting this thursday there will be a new process for customers returning their online purchases in store. Starting Thursday all online purchases returned instore will be processed on the Ipads. There will be a new icon loaded named Return Order which will need to be used. Some of the highlights of this new process will be.
A) Customers will recieve an automatic refund to the same tender as the purchase as well as a confirmation email or SMS.
B) Will reduce shrinkage by reconciling online returns In store back to the original order and payment for in store return.
C) But the biggest highlight is
ALL ONLINE RETURNS PROCESSED INSTORE WILL NOW GO AGAINST THE MYER ONLINE STORE SALES AND WILL NOT IMPACT OUR STORE.
There will be a communication and FAQ’S that will be handed out to POS which will help assist in understanding the new process.
